Where appropriate, we may take reusable items to auction houses, donation channels, or recycling pathways. We do not appraise or purchase items ourselves, but we can assist with coordination where families want items to go to a good home rather than disposal.
We cannot guarantee every item will be reused — disposal depends on the item condition, local demand, and available channels. We will always be honest about what is possible.

How is the price set? We confirm the quote from photos and access details. Travel time is built into the quote. Our starting points are a minimum pickup from $110, with larger loads quoted from photos.
Do you donate or recycle? Where practical, we separate items for donation or recycling before anything goes to landfill. We cannot promise every item will be accepted for donation, because condition and local demand decide that.
