Kitchen Demolition Waste Removal
Kitchen renovations generate a lot of heavy, awkward waste fast. Cabinets, benchtops, splashbacks, old appliances, and fit-out debris cannot go in a standard bin, and a skip bin in the driveway is not always practical. We arrive with our fully enclosed pantech truck and tailgate lifter, load out all the demolition waste, and leave the site clear for your kitchen installer. A fast, clean service for homeowners, builders, and kitchen renovation companies across the Coffs Coast.
The Problem With Kitchen Waste
A kitchen demolition can produce half a truckload of waste in a single morning. Cabinet carcasses, benchtop sections, splashback tiles, old appliances, flooring, plumbing fixtures, and piles of general fit-out debris — none of which fits in a household bin, and most of which is too heavy or awkward for a single person to move alone.
We take that off your hands, or off your builder's hands. The site is clear, the skip bin hire is avoided, and the installer can get to work.

How It Works
Builder or Homeowner Completes Demolition
We collect the waste after demolition — we are a waste removal service, not a demolition crew. The cabinets and fittings should be disconnected and ready to load by the time we arrive.
Send Photos or Describe the Load
A photo of the demolition waste pile tells us almost everything we need. We will give you an accurate quote and confirm timing.
We Load Everything Out
Using the tailgate lifter and hand trolleys, we load cabinets, benchtops, tiles, appliances, and debris onto the truck. The site is left clear.
Responsible Disposal
Materials are sorted where possible — timber, metal, and recyclables separated from general waste. Taken to licensed facilities for correct handling.
What We Remove
Most kitchen demolition waste falls within our standard service. Send photos if you are unsure — we will confirm before booking.
Kitchen Cabinets & Carcasses
Upper and lower cabinet carcasses, doors, drawer fronts, and flat-pack components.
Benchtops & Splashbacks
Laminate, stone, timber, and tile benchtops. Tile and glass splashbacks. Heavy materials handled with the tailgate lifter.
Old Appliances
Ovens, dishwashers, range hoods, microwaves, and other kitchen appliances being replaced.
Sinks & Plumbing Fixtures
Old sinks, taps, and under-sink plumbing removed as part of the kitchen fit-out (already disconnected).
Kitchen Flooring
Tile, vinyl, and other flooring removed as part of a kitchen renovation.
General Fit-Out Debris
Packaging, fixings, broken tiles, old insulation, wall linings, and demolition rubbish.
Important
Gas and electrical connections must be properly disconnected and signed off before we arrive. We do not remove live connections or items that are still connected to services. Asbestos-containing materials require specialist licensed removal — we will advise if this applies to your job.
Pricing
Kitchen waste removal is priced by the volume and weight of material. A standard residential kitchen clear-out typically fills one quarter to one half of our truck. Send photos for the most accurate quote.
All prices include GST, labour, loading with tailgate lifter where needed, truck, and disposal at licensed facilities. Pricing is based on how much of the truck the material fills. Heavy materials like stone benchtops, tiles, and concrete significantly increase weight and may affect the final price. Access and distance also factor in. Send photos for the most accurate quote.
Factors That Affect Price
- Total volume of cabinets, benchtops, and materials
- Weight — stone and tile are significantly heavier
- Access — can the truck park close to the kitchen?
- How far the materials need to be carried to the truck
- Whether appliances are included
- Stairs or narrow access

Call to DiscussCommon Questions
Do you do the demolition as well?
We specialise in waste removal, not kitchen demolition. We collect and dispose of the waste after your builder or kitchen company has completed the strip-out. If everything is disconnected and ready to go, we can often arrive the same or next day.
Can you remove stone benchtops?
Yes, but stone is very heavy. Let us know in advance so we can factor the extra weight and labour into the quote. The tailgate lifter helps significantly with heavy sections.
How much notice do you need?
One to two days notice is ideal for a standard kitchen clearance. For urgent or same-day pickups, call directly — we will do our best to accommodate.
Can you work around my installer?
Yes. If your kitchen installer is arriving the next morning, we can aim to clear the demolition waste the afternoon before. Coordinate timing with us when you book.
