Can you empty a bin the same day I call?
Same-day service is available where our schedule allows. Call early for the best chance of a same-day slot. Next-day is usually achievable across the Coffs Coast.
What bin types can you empty?
General waste (red lid), green/organic waste (green lid — collected weekly on the Coffs Coast), and recycling (yellow lid — fortnightly, alternates with the red bin). Prices vary based on waste type and disposal fees.
What if the council truck genuinely missed my bin?
If your bin was out at the kerb and the council truck skipped it, that is a council issue — call Coffs Coast Waste Services on 1800 265 495 or report it via their app. They verify via truck camera footage and will return to service it. Our service is for situations where you missed putting the bin out or need it emptied between collections.
What if the bin has maggots or pests?
We handle it. We are used to dealing with bins that have been sitting full for a while. Let us know when you call so we can come prepared.
Can you do this for my rental property or Airbnb?
Yes. Property managers, landlords, and Airbnb hosts can set up an account with us for on-call missed bin pickups. We can invoice commercially.
Do you take council bins away permanently?
No — we empty the contents and leave your bin in place ready for the next council collection. If you want to dispose of an old or damaged bin, that is a separate job.
Is there a minimum charge?
Yes. There is a minimum call-out fee. We will quote this upfront before we commit to the job.
