Secure E-Waste Disposal

Businesses with compliance obligations around data security need two things handled correctly — data destruction and physical hardware disposal. We handle the physical side. Once your IT team or data destruction provider has wiped or physically destroyed all storage devices, we collect the decommissioned hardware from your premises and transport it to a registered e-waste recycling facility. We can provide collection documentation on request for your compliance records.

We collect — we do not destroy

Data destruction must be completed before we arrive. We do not provide data wiping, degaussing, or physical hard drive destruction. For businesses that need data destruction arranged first, your IT provider or a certified data destruction service handles that step — we collect the cleared hardware afterwards.

How This Works for Businesses

For businesses operating under data protection obligations — healthcare, finance, legal, government, and any organisation that handles personal or sensitive data — IT hardware disposal is not just a practical problem. It is a compliance requirement. Equipment that held data must be handled correctly, with a clear chain of custody from decommissioning through to destruction and disposal.

Our role in that chain is straightforward: once data destruction is signed off, we collect the hardware, transport it to a registered e-waste recycling facility, and provide collection documentation on request. That documentation records what was collected, when, and where it went.

This service works alongside IT asset disposal (ITAD) providers, managed service providers (MSPs), and internal IT teams. We do the physical logistics — you manage the data compliance piece.

  • Computers, servers, and workstations — post-data destruction
  • Laptops and mobile devices — wiped or physically destroyed first
  • Hard drives and storage media — already destroyed
  • Networking equipment — switches, routers, firewalls
  • UPS units and backup power hardware
  • Monitors, docking stations, and peripherals
  • Printers and multifunction devices
  • Phones and VOIP equipment
  • Server racks, cabinets, and data centre hardware

How It Works

1

Data Destruction Completed First

Your IT team or data destruction provider completes wiping, degaussing, or physical destruction of all storage. They sign off that devices are data-clear.

2

Provide Equipment List & Access Details

Send us a list of what needs collecting — quantities, device types, floor level, loading dock or lift access, and any site access requirements.

3

We Collect from Your Premises

We come to your site, collect all cleared hardware, load it safely, and transport to a registered e-waste recycling facility on the Coffs Coast.

4

Documentation on Request

We can provide collection records documenting what was collected, date, and destination facility. Useful for compliance files and audit trails.

MSPs & IT Companies

If you manage IT for multiple clients and regularly need post-decommission hardware collected on the Coffs Coast, a trade account simplifies the process. We collect when your job is done, you invoice your client for disposal. Monthly invoicing available.
