Never Miss Bin Day Again
We put your bins out the evening before council collection and return them to their spot afterwards. You never have to touch a bin, remember a collection day, or stress about an overflowing red lid again. Set and forget — that is the whole idea.
Launching across the Coffs Coast. Contact us now to register your address and lock in your spot.
How It Works
We work around the Coffs Harbour City Council collection schedule for your street. Simple, consistent, and completely hands-off for you.
Register Your Address
Tell us your street, suburb, and which bins need managing — red lid, yellow lid, green lid, or all three. We map your council collection days.
We Put Them Out
The evening before your scheduled collection, we wheel your bins to the kerb — 50cm apart, wheels facing the house, lids closed, clear of cars and trees. Exactly as Coffs Coast Waste requires.
Council Empties Them
The council truck does its job as usual. Nothing changes on their end. No calls, no exceptions needed.
We Bring Them Back
After collection we return your bins to their usual spot — side gate, under the house, wherever you keep them. Job done.
Airbnb & Holiday Rental Hosts
You cannot expect guests to know when bin day is. They are on holiday. The bins are the last thing on their mind. But an overflowing red lid between stays does not just look bad — it attracts pests, creates complaints, and can seriously damage your reviews.
Our Bin Valet means collection happens whether your property is occupied or vacant, whether guests are there or checked out. You set it up once and it runs itself.
- Bins go out the night before every scheduled collection
- Bins returned after collection — property stays presentable
- Runs consistently whether the property is occupied or empty
- No more bad reviews over bin issues
- Property managers can set up accounts covering multiple listings
- Invoiced monthly — simple to account for as a business expense
Property Managers
Whether you manage 2 rentals or 20, consistent bin management at each property is one of those small things that creates big problems when it goes wrong. We handle it so you do not have to.
- Single account covering multiple properties
- Reliable — same service every week, no chasing
- No tenant involvement required
- Monthly invoice for easy reconciliation
- Easy to add or remove properties from your account
- Works alongside our rubbish removal and end-of-lease cleanout services
Who This Service Is For
Anyone who struggles with bins, forgets bin day, or simply does not want to deal with it anymore.
Elderly Residents
Moving heavy bins is hard work. If it has become painful or difficult, we take it off your plate permanently.
NDIS Participants
Bin management is a practical household task covered under many support plans. We can coordinate with your support worker.

Official Council Advice
Coffs Coast Waste Services advises bins should be placed at the kerb the night before, or prior to 6am on collection day. Collections run between 6am and 5pm. Bins must be 50cm apart, wheels facing the house, lids fully closed, and clear of parked cars and overhanging trees.
Collection days vary by suburb and street. Check your exact schedule at coffscoastwaste.com.au/calendar or we confirm it for you when you register.
Pricing
Pricing is based on your suburb, number of bins, and service frequency. Most single-property residential accounts are priced simply per week or per fortnight. Commercial and multi-property accounts are priced on application.
Common Questions
Do I need to be home?
No. As long as your bins are accessible, you do not need to be there. We put them out and bring them back without needing to contact you each time.
What if my bins are stored behind a locked gate?
Let us know when you register. Most properties can be accommodated — we just need to agree on access arrangements before the service starts.
What if the council misses my collection?
If council does not empty your bins on schedule, we will bring them back in as normal. The missed collection is a council issue — contact them directly to report it.
Can you manage bins at multiple properties?
Yes. Property managers, Airbnb hosts, and strata bodies can set up a single account covering multiple addresses. One invoice, one contact.
Is there a minimum contract?
We are keeping this flexible, especially as we launch. Contact us to discuss what works for your situation.
Do you clean the bins?
Not as part of this service at this stage. We focus purely on putting out and returning your bins. Bin cleaning may be added as a separate option in future.
What suburbs do you cover?
We are launching across the Coffs Coast starting with Coffs Harbour, Sawtell, Toormina, Boambee, Korora, Moonee Beach, Woolgoolga, and surrounding suburbs. Contact us to check your address.
How do I pay?
Weekly, fortnightly, or monthly billing depending on your arrangement. Card, bank transfer, or invoice for commercial accounts.
Already Missed a Collection?
If your bin is already full and the next council collection is too far away, we offer a Missed Bin Pick Up & Empty service — we come to your property, empty the contents, and take the waste away properly.
Then sign up for the Bin Valet and it will not happen again.
