Office Cubicle & Workstation Removal

Old office cubicles, partition systems, and workstation furniture are awkward, heavy, and time-consuming to move. When your business is relocating, downsizing, or refitting — and you have a floor full of old workstations that are not coming with you — we clear them out properly. A practical, fully insured service for businesses, building managers, and property owners on the Coffs Coast.

The Challenge With Office Cubicle Removal

Office cubicle and workstation systems are designed to be modular, but removing them is anything but straightforward. Panels need to be dismantled in the right order, components are often bolted or clipped together, and the pieces — once taken apart — are bulky, heavy, and awkward to move through corridors, down stairs, and into a vehicle.

Most businesses do not have the staff, the time, or the vehicle to deal with it themselves. We bring the manpower, the truck, and the tailgate lifter to clear an office floor efficiently and completely.

  • Businesses relocating to new premises
  • Companies downsizing to open-plan layouts
  • Property managers clearing offices between tenants
  • Building owners preparing for office fit-outs
  • Government agencies and not-for-profits clearing surplus furniture
  • Businesses replacing old cubicle systems with modern workstations

How It Works

1

Send Photos of the Office Space

Show us the cubicle systems, how many workstations, and the access to the floor. We will give you an accurate quote without a site visit in most cases.

2

We Confirm Price and Schedule

We can work around business hours if needed — early morning or after close to avoid disrupting operations. Pricing confirmed upfront.

3

We Dismantle and Remove

Our team takes apart the cubicle panels, loads all components — panels, desks, frames, cable trays — and clears the floor completely.

4

Donation or Responsible Disposal

Where cubicle systems are still usable, we can deliver to a local charity or auction house. Otherwise materials go to a licensed facility for recycling and disposal.

What We Remove

Most standard office cubicle and workstation systems are within our scope. We also clear associated office furniture and equipment at the same time.

Cubicle Panel Systems

Fabric-covered partition panels, dividers, frame rails, and connecting hardware from any brand or era.

Workstation Desks

Corner desks, L-shaped workstations, and straight desks from modular systems or as standalone items.

Office Partitions

Floor-to-ceiling and half-height partition systems, demountable walls, and glass dividers.

Office Chairs & Seating

Task chairs, meeting chairs, and other seating removed alongside workstations.

Filing Cabinets & Storage

Metal filing cabinets, pedestals, and storage units being cleared from the office.

Associated IT & Cable Infrastructure

Cable trays, floor boxes, power distribution units, and associated hardware. Disconnected from power before we arrive.

IT equipment and data security

We remove the physical furniture and fixtures. IT equipment, hard drives, and data-bearing devices should be handled separately by your IT team before we arrive. We do not provide data destruction services.

Pricing

Office cubicle removal is priced based on the number of workstations, the floor area, access conditions, and how much dismantling is involved. Photos of the space make quoting fast and accurate.

Minimum pickup (small amount)From $110
Up to 1/4 Truck (~4–5m³ of material)$498.99
Up to 1/2 Truck (~8–10m³ of material)$998.99
Up to 3/4 Truck (~13–15m³ of material)$1,498.99
Full Truck (~18m³ of material)$1,998.99

All prices include GST, labour, dismantling, loading, truck, and disposal. Pricing is based on how much of the truck the material fills once loaded. Cubicle panels, desks, and frames are bulky — a small number of workstations can fill a quarter truck quickly. Access, floor level, and lift availability also affect the final price. Send photos for an accurate quote.

Factors That Affect Price

  • Number of workstations and total volume
  • Type of cubicle system — simple vs complex dismantling
  • Floor level and lift access
  • Access to loading area — lift lobby vs direct access
  • Whether associated furniture is also being cleared
  • Timing — business hours vs after-hours clearance

After-Hours Available

If the office needs to remain operational until the last working day, we can work evenings or early mornings to clear the furniture without disrupting the business. Call to discuss scheduling.

Common Questions

Do you dismantle the cubicles as part of the job?

Yes — dismantling is included. We take apart the panel systems, remove all components, and load them onto the truck. You do not need to have them pre-dismantled, though if they are already apart it can speed up the job.

Can you donate usable cubicles rather than disposing of them?

If the system is in reasonable condition, we can take it to a local charity, auction house, or second-hand dealer. Let us know when you enquire and we will see what is possible based on the brand, age, and condition.

Can you work outside business hours?

Yes. We can start early or work evenings if the office needs to stay operational right up until the end. Discuss your timeline when you book.

What if the office is on an upper floor?

Upper floor offices are fine — most commercial buildings have lifts or loading docks. Let us know the floor level and access details so we can factor it into the quote correctly.

Need an Office Cleared?

Send photos of the office space, tell us how many workstations and your timeline. We will give you an accurate price and work around your schedule.

After-hours and weekend clearances available. Fully insured. $20M+ public liability.
