Computer & Laptop Recycling
Old computers, laptops, and monitors are e-waste — they cannot go in your household bin and should not end up in general landfill. We offer a user-pays pickup service for old IT equipment across the Coffs Coast, collecting from your home or business and delivering to a registered e-waste recycling facility for correct processing and material recovery. No need to find a drop-off point or transport heavy equipment yourself.
Data security — your responsibility
Wipe or physically destroy all storage devices before we collect. We transport and recycle the hardware — we do not provide data destruction services. See our secure e-waste disposal page for options if data destruction is required first.
What We Collect
Old computers and laptops contain valuable recoverable materials — copper, aluminium, gold contacts, and rare earth elements — alongside hazardous materials including lead, mercury, and cadmium. Getting them to a registered recycling facility is the right outcome for both the environment and compliance.
This is a user-pays collection service. We come to you, load the equipment, and take it to the correct facility. You pay for the pickup — the recycling facility handles the processing.
- Desktop computers and towers
- Laptops and notebooks of all brands
- Computer monitors — LCD, LED, and CRT
- Keyboards, mice, and peripherals
- Hard drives and storage devices (wiped or destroyed first)
- Printers, scanners, and multi-function devices
- Networking equipment — routers, switches, modems

Why Not Drop It Off Yourself?
Drop-off points for e-waste exist but are not always convenient — particularly for larger quantities, heavy CRT monitors, or businesses clearing out multiple machines. We come to you, load everything, and ensure it reaches the right facility.
- We come to your home or business
- No transport required on your end
- Ideal for bulk quantities
- Registered e-waste facility — not general landfill
- Receipt available on request
Businesses clearing multiple machines
If you are clearing out an office, upgrading fleet hardware, or decommissioning a server room, see our IT equipment recycling page for larger-scale collections.
Pricing
Computer and laptop recycling is a user-pays service. Pricing is based on the volume of equipment and the work involved in collecting it. A household collection of a few devices is a minimum-charge job.
All prices include GST, labour, truck, and delivery to a registered e-waste recycling facility. E-waste disposal fees are higher than general waste — pricing reflects correct processing, not tip rates. Send a list or photos for an accurate quote.
