Pallet Disposal & Business Pallet Collection

Is your business expanding and facing the challenge of disposing of surplus or broken pallets? We collect and responsibly dispose of timber pallets for businesses across Coffs Harbour and the Coffs Coast. One-off clearouts, bulk collections, or regular scheduled pickups — we make it easy.

The Pallet Problem for Local Businesses

Any business that receives deliveries — retail stores, warehouses, manufacturers, nurseries, hardware suppliers, food businesses — accumulates pallets. Standard council bins do not take them. Pallets take up valuable storage space, create a trip hazard, and dealing with them is one of those ongoing frustrations that just gets pushed aside.

We collect pallets directly from your premises and dispose of or recycle them responsibly. Whether you have 5 or 50, a one-off pile or a recurring situation — we can work out a collection schedule that suits your business.

  • Retail stores & supermarkets with regular pallet deliveries
  • Warehouses and distribution centres with surplus stock
  • Manufacturers and producers clearing storage areas
  • Garden centres and nurseries with timber pallet buildup
  • Hardware and building suppliers
  • Food and beverage businesses
  • Any business wanting regular scheduled pallet collection

Pallet Types We Collect

Standard Timber Pallets

The most common type — 1165mm x 1165mm Australian standard pallets, in any condition including broken and non-returnable.

Broken & Damaged Pallets

Pallets that are no longer fit for purpose and cannot be returned to suppliers. We take them regardless of condition.

Half Pallets & Non-Standard Sizes

Smaller or non-standard pallets from specialist deliveries. We collect these alongside standard pallets.

Mixed Timber & Packing Waste

If pallets come with timber crating, dunnage, or other timber packing waste, we can collect that in the same load.

Collection Options

We work with your business schedule — not against it. Choose the collection arrangement that suits your situation.

Most common starting point

One-Off Clearout

You have a backlog of pallets taking up space and you need them gone. We come once, collect the lot, and dispose of them properly. Priced on quantity and access.

Best for ongoing businesses

Scheduled Regular Pickup

You accumulate pallets on a regular cycle — weekly, fortnightly, or monthly. We set up a recurring collection schedule so the problem never builds up again.

Flexible option

Call When Full

You want us on call when your pallet stack gets unmanageable. Text or call us, we come out. Works well for businesses with irregular delivery volumes.

Pricing

Pallet disposal is priced based on quantity, condition, and access. Because timber pallets are bulky relative to their weight, we price by volume and number of pallets rather than weight.

Send us a photo of your pallet stack with a rough count and we will give you a price by return text. Most local business pickups are quoted and confirmed the same day.

  • Pallets stacked neatly in an accessible area

  • Clear access for our vehicle (we need to get close to load)

Common Questions

Can you collect pallets that are in poor condition or broken?

Yes — broken, damaged, or non-returnable pallets are exactly what we specialise in. We take them regardless of condition.

Do you need a forklift on site?

Not necessarily, but it makes the job faster and cheaper. If pallets need to be hand-loaded we account for that in pricing. Let us know your site setup when enquiring.

Can you collect pallets with other rubbish in the same load?

Yes — if you have pallets alongside general rubbish, timber crating, or other commercial waste, we can often collect it all in one load. Just let us know what is included when you enquire.

How often can you collect?

We can set up a schedule that matches your delivery cycle — weekly, fortnightly, or monthly. We work around your business hours and loading dock availability.

Are pallets recycled?

Where possible, yes. Pallets in good condition may be resold or donated. Broken or non-standard pallets go to a licensed timber recycling or waste facility.

Do you cover businesses outside Coffs Harbour?

Yes — we service Sawtell, Woolgoolga, Toormina, Nambucca, Grafton and surrounding areas. Travel distance may affect pricing for locations further out.
