All prices include GST, labour, loading, transport, and responsible disposal. Controlled waste (paint, chemicals, tyres, e-waste) carries additional disposal fees which will be itemised on the quote.

Do we need to be present when you do the cleanout?
Not necessarily. Many solicitors and agents provide access and instruct us remotely. We confirm scope before starting and contact you if anything unexpected is found.
What happens if you find items of potential value?
We stop and contact the instructing party immediately. We do not remove, purchase, or make decisions about items that appear to be of value — that is for the solicitor or receiver to determine.
Can you provide photos for legal files?
Yes — we can provide a photographic record of the property before we begin and after completion. Let us know at the time of booking if you need this.
What about items left behind by the former occupant?
We clear only what we are instructed to clear. If there is uncertainty about which items to remove, we get written confirmation before touching those areas.
