How a household job works

1. Text clear photos of the items and the area to 0415 540 055. Include your suburb and any access details, such as stairs, a long carry or parking limits.
2. We reply with a confirmed price based on the space the items take in the truck and the labour required.
3. Once you accept the quote, we confirm a time. Same-day attendance is possible when we have space, and we will tell you clearly if it is not.
4. Our crew arrives with the enclosed truck, does all the lifting and loading, and leaves the area tidy.
5. Items are sorted for recycling or donation where practical before the remainder goes to licensed facilities.

Mattresses have a minimum of $110 in the Coffs Harbour area. Pianos and spas start from $399.99 and are quoted individually because of weight and access. Travel time is built into each quote.

Payment can be made by card or Afterpay via Square. Approved commercial and property-management accounts can be invoiced. Pensioner and domestic-violence support discounts are available; just ask when you request the quote.

Our $20M public liability cover protects your property while we work, and the 600 kg tail-lift means heavy items are lifted rather than dragged. Dollies, straps and blankets are standard on every job. Preparing for the crew

Move the items to the front of the property where it is safe to do so, and clear a path. Remove anything you want to keep and label it. Tell us about stairs, steep driveways or limited parking so we can plan the crew size.

We sort loads at the point of collection. Metal, e-waste and good-condition furniture go to recycling or donation wherever practical. Green waste goes to appropriate facilities, and the remainder goes to licensed facilities. We are honest about what can be reused, because condition and local demand decide that.

A little preparation makes the job faster for everyone:

• Separate anything you want to keep and label it clearly

• Clear the path from the items to the front of the property where it is safe to do so
• Tell us about any pets or locked gates that could affect access

Mattresses and bedding

Mattresses have a minimum of $110 in the Coffs Harbour area. Mattresses are bulky and awkward to carry through hallways, so bagging or wrapping them helps. Tell us if there is a bed base or frame as well, so the quote includes everything that needs to go.

Whitegoods

Fridges, washing machines and dryers are among the most common household items we remove. Empty and clean fridges before we arrive, and let us know in advance if a washing machine has been disconnected. Our tail-lift makes these items easier to load, and the enclosed truck keeps them protected on the way to the recycling facility.

Garden and green waste

Garden waste is part of many household jobs. Branches, soil, leaves and old landscaping materials are collected with the rest of the load and taken to suitable facilities. If you have a large amount of green waste, send photos so we can plan the space in the truck.

What happens after the job

Once the truck is loaded, we check the area and make sure nothing has been left behind. Items are taken away and sorted where practical for recycling or donation.
