How the process works

1. Text clear photos of the items to 0415 540 055. Include your suburb, the nearest landmark or street, and any access details (stairs, steep driveway, long carry, tight parking).
2. We reply with a confirmed price based on the space the items take in the truck and the labour required.
3. If same-day is possible we confirm a time. If it is not, we give you the earliest slot we can offer.
4. Our crew arrives with the enclosed Isuzu Pantech "Merlin", which has a 600 kg tail-lift, and the equipment needed to load safely.
5. We do the heavy lifting, load the truck and leave the area tidy. Items are sorted for recycling or donation where practical before the remainder goes to licensed facilities.

What we take on same-day jobs

Household furniture, mattresses, whitegoods and appliances, garden waste, garage and shed clutter, small quantities of building offcuts, end-of-lease rubbish, and general mixed waste. We also clear rental properties and smaller estate jobs when the volume fits the schedule. We do not take asbestos or any waste involving bodily fluids. If you are unsure about an item, send a photo and we will confirm before the day.

An open trailer leaves waste exposed to the weather and at risk of falling onto the road. Our enclosed Pantech keeps everything contained and out of sight. The 600 kg tail-lift means heavy pieces such as fridges and chests of drawers are lifted rather than carried or dragged. We carry $20M public liability cover, plus goods-in-transit and workers' compensation insurance. That protects your property while we work.

Every quote is based on the space the items occupy in the truck plus any access factors that affect labour time. Our published rates are:

Mattresses start at $110. Pianos and spas are quoted individually from $399.99. Travel time is built into each quote, so you will not see a separate travel charge for Kempsey. Payment can be made by card or Afterpay via Square. Approved commercial accounts can be invoiced. Preparing for the crew

If it is safe, move the items as close to the front of the property as possible. Clear a path so we can work efficiently. Remove anything you want to keep and label it clearly. Let us know in advance about stairs, steep driveways or limited parking so we arrive with the right plan.

Responsible disposal

We sort loads at the point of collection. Metal, e-waste and good-condition furniture go to recycling or donation wherever practical. Green waste goes to appropriate facilities. The remainder is disposed of at licensed facilities. Condition and local demand decide what can be reused.
