Pricing is based on quantity, type, condition, and access. Shipping crates take more time to dismantle and load than flat pallets, so they are priced accordingly. Send us a photo with a rough count for a same-day quote.
All prices include GST, loading, transport, and responsible disposal. Forklift availability, access, dismantling requirements, and travel distance may affect pricing.

Timber shipping crates are a step up from pallets. They are bulky, heavy, often nailed together, and need to be carefully dismantled before they can be loaded and transported. Most general rubbish removal companies will pass on them — or charge a premium that makes the job unworkable.
We handle shipping crate removal properly. We bring the right tools to dismantle on site, load the timber safely using our 600kg tailgate lifter, and transport it in a fully enclosed Pantech truck. No loose timber on the road, no shortcuts on safety.

Can you take broken or damaged pallets?
Yes — broken, damaged, and non-returnable pallets are no problem. We take them regardless of condition.
Do you need a forklift on site?
Not necessarily, but it speeds things up. We can hand-load pallets and dismantle crates without one. Let us know your site setup when enquiring so we can plan accordingly.
Can you take pallets and crates together in one load?
Yes — and we can include cardboard, stretch wrap, foam, dunnage, and other packing waste in the same load. Just let us know what is included when you enquire.
How quickly can you come out?
